Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track.
WOW !! WOW!!
Topic RemovedHEY! AARP DELETE THIS ONE TOO
Never thought AARP would stoop to such deceitful tactics in dealing with us.
instead of being open and transparent they have taken the most dishonest path to deal with a situation that they themselves created.
This topic (Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track.) had accumulated a very large following with many post asking tech support to please fix the OOPS ERROR, but what do they do ??
THEY JUST DELETED ALL TRACES OF THE TOPIC.

I wrote a topic on April 9th, I messaged the support team and they told me to wait 7 to 10 days, but then I was really surprised with the way AARP REWARDS handled it. This is a big community organization like this, but they solved the problem by deleting the TOPIC and pretending that no error ever happened.. The way AARP REWARDS IT team works is really unprofessional. They don't listen to users and they don't fix any errors, they just try to delete all the topic posts related to the error "Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track." Really disappointed.. I think in the future if we keep posting TOPICS related to this error, maybe the IT team will delete our accounts...

This is nothing more then a slap in the face reply. Daniela R. Knows very well you have already done what she is suggesting, probably more than once, yet she comes at you with the most asinine reply.
instead of just patronizing us why doesn’t she take a more direct approach and try getting someone, anyone to fix this problem. I am at a complete loss trying to understand why AARP Corporate, this Administrator, the tech support and IT team won’t show a little compassion towards seniors and solve this ridiculous error.
Nothing takes this long to produce results except a pregnancy.

Lucy @rednexsrus , or IF it is NOT "fixable" tell us instead of pretending the "issue" does NOT exist. Take care, Nicole 👵

Annemarie @AnnemarieA642574 , the AARP IT Team are following what AARP tells them to do. They need their paychecks. Someone at AARP, probably their "new" CEO decides what direction to take. Lol, well - the REPOST of the "deleted" material is still posted. Now to see for how long. Take care, Nicole 👵

Mark @MarkD524822 , yes, deletion of members posts is how they handle issues they have no plans to fix. Every day/night, I see less discussions on this site. Numerous complaints about the Awards Program. Take care, Nicole 👵

I get the same error. I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Same error. I have tried 3 diff PCs. Same error. I tried my phone. Same error. I emailed support. No response. This has been going on for months. A real laugh cause I just got an email stating I have point expiring. Well AARP, get you act together and get this fixed. I no longer do any of the AARP rewards programs because as far as earning points, they do no good.
