I redeemed 30,000 points on 1/20/25 for a 6month subscription to Peoples Magazine whitch stated it would arrive to me by mail in 6-9week that time has pasted and never revive the magazine. I tired e-mailing customercare(at)aarp.org and they were no help just robotic responses with no help. I want the 6month subscription that for the peoples magazine that I ordered and contact information for the company to find out where my magazine and fix the subscription. This Rewards company that is servicing the ARRP Rewards seem to not be responsive and doesnโt care about aarp memebers.

I still Have not received response from aarp customer service or from Diane B. when she sent message to DM Her. I Never Received any E-mail after redeeming the 30,000 point for the 6month subscription to the peoples magazine and only a message thank you for redeeming you point you will receive you subscription in 6-9 weeks.. Well that never happen and i would like my MAgizine that i redeemed for and not all the time wasted by the AARP Reward team not doing anything to get this problem fixed for me and other that have issues with there rewards.
