Magazine redemption receipt issue

Back in March '23 I redeemed some of my reward points for the HGTV magazine.  My account summary reflects this. As of today, I still have not received any issues of the magazine. Is there anyone I should contact to resolve this issue?

Sometimes the magazines take a really long time and others arrive more promptly. I had to wait almost 3 months for one of mine, I don't remember which one. I notice most of them say it takes 3-10 weeks, that's quite a spread! And still blaming Covid for delays, they need to update this. I hope yours arrives soon.......
