Is anyone having problems earning points after the 3 day maintenance?

I cannot earn points today. It is saying I am maxed out (I'm not) and it is also showing that I have done every quiz and activity as well (I haven't). I can enter the sweepstakes but it is counting yesterdays entries towards todays. I called the help line a few hours ago and I was told many people are having similar problems??

   Having the same issue.  Their instructions to clear history and cookies, to log out and back in, etc. doesn't fix the problem.  I've followed their instructions time after time, and still the problem continues.  I hope they fix it soon.

@LaurieS825053   If you have not earned the maximum daily points and received the error message, we recommend that you Clear your cookies and cache - Log off and back in, then attempt the activity one more time - Consider using an Incognito window - Update your browser to the latest version.  I am also having the same issue -- tells me I am maxed out for the day (I am not) and it is shows that I have completed all the activities and can not enter the sweepstakes or instant wins. The three  day maintenance really messed things up - the more they do the worse it gets!

 

 How do I contact the appropriate person to fix the issue? Or, is it me and I need to update my browser?

  No it's not you  it's the program.  Every time they do an upgrade/fix the site goes down and it is unusable.

Exact same problem for me.  I called early this morning and they had no reports then but said they'd take info.  Hope it gets corrected soon.

Having he same issue. I canโ€™t enter any sweepstakes, it tells me Iโ€™ve already entered today and to come back tomorrow.  I havenโ€™t entered anything today. So messed up.

Well, it did take 3 days of work for them to break it, so we should consider ourselves lucky that it will only take 2 days to fix it.  The big question is what will they break when they fix this issue. It's not like they have a great track record of successful  accomplishments.
