I redeemed 17000 points today for a gift card

I have in my transaction history that I redeemed 17000 points today for a bass pro shops card, never seen it not come to my e-mail shortly after that. It has been over an hour now.

@fishdoggy1 , did you call the AARP Customer Service? I "avoid" the chat and text options as they are AI. They are OPEN weekdays 8am to 8pm ET.
