I don't see what state the parent lives in makes a difference, crooks live in every state. I think a call to SSI will answer more questions than a forum.

I have in my transaction history that I redeemed 17000 points today for a bass pro shops card, never seen it not come to my e-mail shortly after that. It has been over an hour now.

Never felt the empty nest thing, my daughter was gone so much in High School doing stuff that it felt the same to me, but my wife felt it.
