Thanks. I called the number and verified a bunch of info with Monica.  Sounds like they’re going to email me again later.  Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

Ugh I wish I had seen this sooner.  I am having the same issue.  3-5 days for a resolution is ridiculous given the dollar value of my funds that is being held hostage.
