HELP NEEDED- Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track.

I’ve received this error when trying to redeem points for over 5 weeks and have reached out to the help desk.  I’ve tried refreshing the browser, logging off/ back on, clearing cache, shutting down/ restarting, and on mobile and desktop devices but still receive the same error.  I’ve been asked to try again in 7-10 days which I have frequently but have not had success. The error is “Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track.”  I’m at a loss as to what else I can do to resolve or who can help.  I’m beyond frustrated that no one has a solution or way to resolve.

Hi LissaF, scroll down on the main page where you posted your topic to

Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track.

as you can see this is the third attempt trying to get something done about this error !!!!!
I have done all the dumb, stupid, ridiculous statements made by nearly all the @AARPConsumerCare bots and this has lagged on every since April.

i got a message from the escalation team to call and discuss my situation and they never bothered to answer the phone.
Hope you have better luck than all of us that have been complaining and trying to get this fixed.

Thank you for reaching out.  Unfortunately, I tried clearing out the cookies but receive the same error.

@LissaF940587   At one time I was locked out for weeks.  FInally, my case was escalated to the techies who are the ones who can fix it.  You tried all the stock answers.  They rarely work but are worth a try.  Never knew why I got locked out but couldn't get past the initial screen.   They can fix this if the ticket gets priority treatment.
