Gift cards not received

Hello,

 

We ordered several gift cards for Best Buy (for appliances), and none have arrived on the same day. Usually they arrive within minutes or hours. I tried calling, and our concerns were dismissed. When asked to escalate to the processing department as suggested on these forums, they hung up on me twice during the transfer, even though I was respectful and patient. I called again today, and they are still not aware of problems, and say that the resolution may now take 5-10 days. We had to cancel appliance installation plans, and at this point are considering declaring these purchases as fraud to the credit card. And posting the recording of dismissed customer concerns online.

I made many fruitless calls as described above. They read from the script how much they appreciate customers, and then dismiss concerns or just  hang up. I would appreciate a direct line to the processing or escalation department. Thanks
