Gift card purchase not received

Yesterday morning (> than 24 hrs ago) I purchased a $15 Bath and Body Works gift card and have not yet received it. I have checked and double checked my email and spam folders but it’s not there. Normally I get the GC link with in a few minutes. The purchase shows in my transaction history and has been charged to my PayPal account but I’m still waiting.

I purchased my airbnb gift card on April 26 2024 and have not yet received it. I have checked my spam folders and still nothing

I also just bought a $250 Airbnb gift card (5/13/2024) but I haven’t received the email yet with the gift card. I checked the spam or junk folder and it’s not there too.

For digital gift cards ordered through AARP Rewards, our terms advise orders will be delivered within 24 hours for orders submitted during normal business hours (8 am - 5 pm EST Monday – Friday).
