I purchased a $500 Carnival gift card on AARP's website on October 8, intending to use it for an upcoming cruise. However, it has been two days, and I still haven't received the gift card. My cruise is approaching soon, and this situation is causing me significant concern.
I have thoroughly checked my email, including the spam folder, and there is no trace of the gift card. I also contacted the online chat support, but it didn’t seem to resolve the issue.
I would like to know if anyone from AARP can assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated.
