For the past month, I have been having trouble completing purchase transactions and after I input my payment information, I get the dreaded message that "something went wrong" and to try again or call AARP customer service. BTW, customer service has no clue on how to fix the issue. @AARPJanelleM sent and escalated several reports to tech support in the past several weeks, but I have not received any response back.
Today, I decided to try another purchase for the Home Depot $10 daily deal for $7. After inputting my payment info, I got a Gateway error, so I assumed the transaction did not go through. To my surprise, I received the confirmation email for the Home Depot gift card, however, the savings indicated "0" savings instead of $3 savings. Seems to be another glitch, but glad I got the deal.
