I did not receieve my $5 Papa John's Gift Card -15000 ponts from 2-1.  Also, tried calling a rewards phone number and it acted like I dialed a disconnected number.  Yes, it was after 8am on a weekday.

You may have to check your spam/junk folder. If you haven't received the gift card email, please send us a private message, so we can check on this for you! - Christy C.

Canned response... "I'm so sorry to hear that you did not receive your gift card. I'll escalate your case and you should have a response within 3-5 days." Be prepared to call again in 6 days, when they will once again "escalate" your case, and once again, you should have a response in 4-5 days

The same is here. I had not received Panera gift card yet that I redeemed as soon as it became available in Extra Credit

 I had an instant win yesterday and didn't receive the gift card either. I hope by calling Monday morning they will acknowledge the win and send the link.

I did not receive an email confirmation for my People's magazine subscription from Jan 31st. I did see somewhere that some people were getting their gift cards 3-4 days after redemption ๐Ÿ˜ž

 Followed the instructions but after the Preferences Tab, there is NO Private Messenger option.

As per the instructions: To use the Private Messenger, you must be registered and signed in. You'll see a Private Message icon at the top of your page.

 

I'm signed on.  But, there is no Private Message icon that I can find on my page/screen.

Instructions, To send a private message:

  1. Sign in to the community.

  .  I'm in the Community area already, yes ? 

Is there another sign-on process just for Community ?

Log in using your http://aarp.org?cmp=SNO-LITHIUM---&socialid=16035015624 online account at community.aarp.org - Sign in to the community - At the top right  you'll see (My Profile / My Settings / Guidelines / Help / Forums) - click on "My Settings" - Then click on "Preferences"
Below that you'll see:
(Preference Options / Display / Linear Layout / Threaded Layout / Home Page / Privacy / Private Messenger / Kudos / Moderator) - Click - "Private Messenger" 
You'll then see (Private Messenger Settings) where you can click the boxes to choose "Turn on private messages" and if you want to "Receive email notifications" for them - click the yellow button "Save". I look forward to helping you!  Jodee R.
