Did not receive carnival e-gift card

I purchased $100 gift card to Carnival, the site crashed as soon as I got my email confirmation from PayPal that my payment went through, but didn't no receive the email. After the site came back up I looked and it was still in my 'cart" not on my purchase history, but was charged $90 for it.
