As shown below, after redeeming points for the Daily Deal, the screen stated that "You should receive an email shortly with more details on the fulfillment of your $10 Shell Gift Card."

I don't know how long it should take to get an email confirmation for a Daily Deal; I believe that this is my first Daily Deal redemption.  When redeeming other rewards recently the email confirmation took only a few minutes.

It has now been 2 1/2 hours since I redeemed the $10 Shell card, so, I thought I would ask if there is a problem.
