How do I resolve a problem where my credit card was charged for a purchase, but never received the email, and don't see the purchase in my Transaction History (I see a purchase a day or two later that I did receive the emailed e-GC for). I did try to purchase an e-GC but the transaction failed during the process with an error message of something like proxy not found.
Looking for a phone number or email address to start trying to get this corrected. Thank you.
