Can't do sweepstakes or instant wins

Unable to process your redemption request

 

Yesterday I did the chat about it, she says 5 days, then I get an email that says please call this number, you have got to be kidding me. You have a problem with your site obviously. Asking us to go through all of these hoops is not acceptable.

Same here. Get an "Unable to process your redemption request" message. Everything used to work fine. This started happening for me a couple of weeks ago.

Calling customer no service does absolutely nothing to solve the problem!

Every time an error takes place with the programming the system should show as such, so obviously you have a major problem with your tech department!

When you call, they do the same thing as the chat and say 3 to 5 business days, no fix.
