02/02/2026 AARP Rewards Not Awarding Points

The site was working and then all of a sudden, I would complete an activity and no points.  Tried all the usual things like logging off and back on, restarting computer and nothing.  Spent 30 minutes on a chat with a person names Kaleigh S who said she was a supervisor.  I felt like she was treating me as if I were an idiot.  Does anyone know what is going on?

I get the points when I play it again. Less probs when I use app

Same for me just now. Spent over 40 minutes with two different agents trying to get a mere 300 points that were not awarded for successful completion of Codeword. The first agent, Creo, replied that games are for entertainment and left it at that. The second agent tried to tell me that I reached the max 7500 points for the day when I was nowhere close to the max. She finally adjusted my points. I'm so disappointed and disgusted with AARP for so many reasons. One year remaining on my membership and I'm done.
