I have been the moderator here for many years.

Yes I saw it and had commented @GAKKIEZ . In my opinion, this forum [Our Front Porch] would be the place to post MORE Political and/or Government Discussions. Our Community in my opinion is about the site with Help Articles by AARP. But whatever works for you dear friend.  👍👍👍

I went to a very small group in Redditt that was created by a person who posted in Politics and Current events. I still posted here in two music groups and this group. I finally stopped posting in this group also. In reality, the AARP mods are removing political posts made in assorted groups, but only when they are reported by someone. AARP should allow a political discussion group, IMHO.

That's what I was wondering, I haven't looked at this group since the Mods deleted the 'Politics & Current Events' group. I posted in this group before they deleted the political group, and they allowed no political postings here. I wonder if anyone could create a political discussion group now?
