AARP Hearing Center
A.L.๐ผ๐ผ.: The Paard van Marken (English: Horse of Marken) is a lighthouse on the Dutch peninsula Marken, on the IJsselmeer. It was built in 1839 by J. Valk. A primitive lighthouse had been on the location since the early 18th century; the current lighthouse has been a listed building (Rijksmonument) since 1970.

A quirky lighthouse at strathy lighthouse in Sutherland Scotland ๐ด
Marblehead Lighthouse in Marblehead, Ohio. The oldest Lighthouse in continuous operation on the Great Lakes. The lighthouse was constructed of native limestone in 7 weeks. It was first lit in 1822. There have been 15 Keepers of the lighthouse, including two women. The lighthouse is now maintained by US Coast Guard Station Marblehead. From dusk to dawn, it flashes a green light every 6 seconds. From Memorial Day until Labor Day, the lighthouse is open from 1200 noon until 400pm. Climb the 77 steps to the top for spectacular views of the Lake Erie Islands.
