We renewed using the renewal online ad promising a Bluetooth speaker.

 

Now our receipt says "Your complimentary 5-port Charging Hub should arrive in 2โ€“3 weeks."

 

You sent that last time.  Don't need another one.  Please send the Bluetooth speaker.
