Unable to Add Updated/Renewed Membership Card to Apple Wallet

i am unable to add the membership card to Wallet after renewal. I deleted/removed the expired card in Wallet which said expired for the prior year membership. Now when I try to add from the App or the link, it doesn't do anything - the card is not added to Wallet.

 

How can this issue be fixed? Thank you in advance for any help.

 It's April 23 (almost 2 months after your post) and apparently it still hasn't been fixed. I have the expired card in my Apple wallet but unable to add my new card or update the old one. I click on "Add to Apple Wallet" and it does nothing. I'm so frustrated with t he constant issues on this site.

I recently signed up for AARP and am unable to add my card to my apple wallet.  Tried doing it from the website as well as the AARP App.  Not working.  AARP needs to fix the issue because I'm obviously not the only 1 who has this problem.

Having the same problem 

Newbie

 I installed the Firefox browser on my iphone and that worked to add the card. I then uninstalled Firefox.

The Safari browser and the AARP Now app both failed to add the card. I suspect the developers are using Firefox as their base case and probably not verifying that it works by other apps. (FYI using latest of all SW as of 6/14/25).

This has been a problem for at least 6 months, maybe more. AARP needs to get their developers (subcontract?) to fix this. This is an important feature.

and still does not work.  AARP IT department needs to fix this glitch ASAP

The problem with adding digital card on iOS still not fixed. Seems DOGE has removed anyone capable of this work at AARP!!!
