Time in Receiving Gift Card Redemption ??

hi, yesterday I redeemed the 16K in points to obtain the $5 Home Depot card,  my account balance was reduced but I have yet to receive the gift card.  Usually it takes seconds or just a few mins to receive but still nothing.  Wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this lag as well?   Yes, I have been checking my "spam" folder as well.  Nothing

Hi @judcor, I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive your gift card. I can understand your concern. The Digital Rewards are usually delivered within 24 hours. @AARPConsumerCare   I did not receive mine, either.   Usually they come right away, occasionally a few hours.  But 24 hours is up on this one.   Please check into this as it seems multiple people are having the same problem.  Thanks in advance.

I clicked on the link to the private message and got a "not available" message.  I do appreciate your help.   Several years ago something similar happened.  My points were restored but the redemption lost and not restored so I could get something else.  I would really like the gift card.  Diana, could you resend the private message, please?
