Identity theft

I called AARP and because of identity theft I had to get a new phone number and email. Online it said o had to call in for that so I did. First call my email was updated but not my phone number. Second call same thing. I said why has my email updated but not my new phone number. Operator said it’s changed on their end but with the trouble I’m having at my bank and every acct I have I need to see my updated phone number. My checking account of 22 years is restricted now because of all the fraud.

@Smfgshy Let's look into it. Please send me a private message with your phone # details so I can get to the bottom of this. Steps to send a private message can be found here: How do I send a private message
