Free cooler bag?

I got a letter in the mail advertising a free cooler bag with membership. But I ended up signing up for  the membership online because it was easier for me. Do I still get the cooler bagger or did I mess up by doing it online instead of by mail?

When I click on the provided link, there is no tab named "Private Messenger" between "Privacy" and "Kudos" as is shown in the picture. (See me screenshot below)Screenshot 2025-05-30 at 12.37.24 PM.png
