Free Tote???

Membership tote, you advertised a nice looking 3 container tote for the vehicle, instead I received a cheap one container carry tote that won't stand up in a vehicle.

disappointing for sure.  There is a bit of expected integrity / transparency earned by AARP over the years; sad to see a modest bait and switch.  Well not a bit, just different than offered, if cheap (quality) for sure maybe attractive but not a versatile bag.  We used to look fwd to the bonus renewal gift, not so much recently.  And I see they appear to have swapped for a charger stand?  Huh, not even the standard the world is moving to, getting out of touch.  Equally interesting is the expectation that everyone needs such a charging stand.  Oh well: it is, what it is, and despite the quality, indeed free.

I saw they were going to send them to me (new customer) and I'm thinking, "please don't...like I need more clutter."  But nooo, now they'll be tossed.  But at least it wasn't a coozy. 🙂

None of their totes have been of a high quality. I have 3 different ones and they are not going to last very long. Lesson learned, save my points.
