CHAT availability

 I believe I have a simple question but have waiting one hour for the CHAT which states it is open 24 hours!  I bought a coupon for Princess cruise line, although can not find any documents.  My simple question is where do I find on line in the website the rewards I have purchased thus far???

You can view your AARP Rewards redemptions starting at the Rewards homepage, then clicking on Transaction History in the upper right of the screen. From there, you'll click on Redemptions to view your redemption history. Also, you can learn more about when your gift card will arrive here - https://aarp.info/3llQSny - Christy C.

You might want live chat which is M-F 8 AM-8 PM EST.  Even those hours chat may not be available but keep trying.
