AARP lack of place to send Feedback on website or by phone

No place where AARP management will listen to ideas & complaints. Do they know everything or believe their members & readers are too dumb to tell AARP what they want?

@frizzo38 , are you just making a statement or need to get a hold of AARP? It depends on what the issue is. Sometimes AARP will respond to a comment left on THIS SITE.

I want a 'button" on the AARP.com homepage w/ the label FEEDBACK. It is difficult to do now & it seems AARP doesn`t want or encourage any ideas or comments.

Hi frizzo38. Thanks for the suggestion about adding a feedback button. We don't currently have a feedback button on the website, but you can contact us through chat, text, or phone to provide feedback. Visit https://aarp.info/3epCObA to view our contact information. We always welcome feedback from our members and website users, and I'll pass along your suggestion about adding a feedback button. - Brandon C.

I Just checked that link... It ended up making me go in circles!! I want to give feedback on all these letters that BEG for money from seniors who can't even afford to support themselves!! And you have the gall to ask us for money? So sick of these mailings. STOP sending them. I want a place to op out. Getting to the point where I don't even want to open any mail from AARP now!

I know you don`t have a feedback button on the website. That`s the problem & that is what I complained about.

"We always welcome feedback from our member", this is not true. If you welcome feedback you would have a feedback button. "Actions speak louder than words".

Incorrect, I have tried to contact AARP by various methods. Nothing penetrates! The lack of a FEEDBACK button demonstrates that AARP is not interested in the suggestions/opinions/ideas of their members. "Action speaks louder than words".

One of your colleagues provided an email address. After a half-dozen follow-up messages, all I ever received were read receipts showing that each one was deleted without being read.

We are in the year 2025 yet AARP does not want to allow members to send images via email, fax or otherwise use today's technology.  Easy out for them to say they did not get it if all you can do is mail or phone.  At least with chat you can capture the conversation.  Go ahead aarp, dispute this.
