AARP Eye Center
Happy birthday, @DavidF291537! I'm sorry to hear the link you received didn't work. Please send me a private message with your name, email and date of birth to take a look at your AARP Rewards account.

Hi Diana, Thank you for responding. I am very conversant with technology--my job is in the tech sector--and this has to be the clunkiest, least user-friendly website that I have ever used. I clicked on the link that you provided, and I do not see an option to enable private messages. There must be an easier way to communicate about this issue. For example, why does AARP not have an email address for Help?
I can understand your frustration, @DavidF291537. The link I shared previously should show the steps to enable your private messages, no worries, here are the steps:
Our goal is to provide the best customer service and we found that email was not the best way to do that. You can send us a private message or visit: https://help.aarp.org/s/article/contact-aarp?cmp=SNO-LITHIUM---&socialid=15163601686 to chat, text, or call us. - Diana G.
There is no Private Messenger tab on my screen.
Email is much more efficient and direct.
This is my last time visiting this website, ever, and I cannot in good conscience recommend your website or your customer service to anyone who asks me about it.
When you make the website less clunky and you add email support, reach out to me by email.
