Colonial cancer policy

 I have recently been diagnosed with cancer.  Fortunately, I have a Colonial cancer policy to assist my regular health insurance and medicare coverage.  Is there someone with AARP that can assist me in filing my claims?  I am insurance challenged.

Did you buy your policy through AARP?  My impression is that they're not in the business of providing individual help with various types of insurance.  

If you bought your policy through an independent agent, I'd hit them up for advice about what to do.  In the Medicare field, anyway, that's one of the services they provide--help clients navigate insurance claims, usually with Advantage plans and Part D prescription plans.
