to me, i don't like spices so much. i only use what spice a recipe calls for but if i was to pick one my favorite is Cinnamon; as in "Cinnamon rolls" & what you put on toast in the mournings ect.

Onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary, and tarragon.
