โ€Œ๐Ÿ’ฐโ€Œ    Finances WHILE GRIEVING!!!

I don't know about you guys, but boy was I "blindsided" when I lost the luv of my life!!! โ€Œ๐Ÿ˜ฑโ€Œ

We are used to TWO "handling" the finances, but got "bumped" to ONE.

(1) 1st, try NOT to panic. Easier said than done, I know!!!

(2) Deal with what needs to be done RIGHT NOW!!! Things like the cell phone bill, rent/mortgage, water, electric, internet - CALL them. Most will give you some "grace" with what you OWE or WILL OWE with the coming month.

(3) Let the folks who CARE about you KNOW what "financial" help you may need. A simple GIFTCARD or CASH to get groceries, gas, prescriptions are a lifeline.

(4) Then make a list of what is RELATED to "burying" or cremating your luv one. ALWAYS check to see what they may have. In my case I am paying on my FUTURE cremation. Started late at age 67, but glad I did. This way something is in place to "help" my only child.

(5) The main thing here is to have somewhere SAFE to live dear friend. No need to get "evicted" or foreclosed. So try NOT to wait to CONTACT the folks you OWE. Do this ASAP. โ€Œ๐Ÿ‘โ€Œ

Why?

Maybe because being a GRIEVER themselves = they know what TO SAY = comforting someone else "fills" THEIR INSIDES with "feeling" they have HELPED someone.

Right now is your chance to take 1 step towards MOVING FORWARD in "creating" a new life WITHOUT your luv one.

What helps you on those SLEEPLESS nights? โ€Œ๐Ÿค”โ€Œ

โ€Œ๐Ÿ‘ฃโ€Œ   Keep stepping my friends = WE will get MORE SLEEP as time passes I promise.

โ€Œโžก๏ธโ€Œ[*** Me, lighting an AROMATIC "Bath & Body Works" candle is one option.

Then "blow it out" when I BEGIN to feel sleepy.

I also GET OUT OF BED & find something to "read" or do (chores,AARP Rewards Activities).

Then CLIMB BACK INTO BED when I get "sleepy".

The MORNINGS are the "worst" after one of these nights IF I have to be somewhere.

It is like MY ALARM GOES OFF just when I start my zzz's.

Those mornings are a "test" of my determination to get things done IN SPITE of being TOTALLY EXHAUSTED.

โ€Œโ€Œโ€Œ๐Ÿ“œโ€Œโ€Œโ€Œ   "Whoever said that loss gets EASIER with time was a liar. Here's what really happens: The spaces between the times you miss them grow LONGER. Then, when you do remember to miss them again, it's still with a stabbing PAIN to the heart. And you have GUILT. Guilt because it's been too long since you missed them last." KRISTIN O'DONNELL TUBB.
