Help with grief

I lost my husband of 55 years April 2nd.  I’m lost, he was my everything.  We did everything together.

We have two great adult kids, 3 beautiful granddaughters and a 9 month old great grandson.

They have their lives, which is what we always wanted,…

I just need someone to chat with.  Tell them how wonderful he is,…share memories,…

Hi Nicole, went to bed and now back up. Just so very tired.  My granddaughter and our daughter both had their birthdays last week.  I know they are both missing Dan.  So many firsts.

I did get referrals from my new Dr for counseling, I wrote the names down but haven’t researched to see if any one of them will fit my needs.  Does that make sense?  

Well, I just wanted to check on you.  Is your car still running ok?  I hope so.  I’ll chat later.  I really am still having difficulty with finding our last conversation, sorry, my brain is still foggy.  Talk Soon, Theresa💔🐈‍⬛
