Adult (unmarried) Single Child Grief

Hello.  I am an adult (unmarried) and an only child who lost my mother on 8-28-17 and very unexpectedly lost my father on 3-30-21.  I have tried traditional grief groups but find it difficult to relate.  Does anyone know of a support group for adults who are only children?  Thank you!
