Rewards activities issues

Seems to be Daily issues with points redemption - constant "we are experiencing issues" and ask you to refresh browser which never achieves a thing. As well have got the "oops something went wrong" every day this month for the $4K trip sweeps - I have 50K points to use so no reason 5K to try to redeem for this should not be an issue. Anyone else experiencing these issues?

@rsbobcat @Yes everyday, every week, every month. They have no clue how to operate a website, and AARP is only interested in making as much money as they can.

I did that and they disconnected me without diagnosing the problem.

 

I texted with a representative who opened a case 7 days ago and told me I'd be contacted within 3 days. I keep texting and nobody is responding.

 

Obviously something is wrong with my account, and I'm not going to keep getting on chats with your company. You need to fix it. I'll go dispute the membership charge on my credit card if nobody wants to take ownership of the problem.

Yes. The same for the sweeps I try (Barnes and Noble, CVS, and Home Depot.)

Sometimes a message of delay, sometimes a message of issues and to retry.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties in processing your request. Please retry in a few minutes. Thank you for your patience.

However the points are still deducted. Hopefully the sweeps work in spite of the messages.

The Instant Wins seem to behave (no win though as usual)

BTW when did AARP change PM ( private messages ) to 

DM ( direct messages) ???
 I SUPPOSE THIS MEANS IT’s THE END OF OUR MESSAGES BEING (PRIVATE)
