When I logged on today it said I have 19,000+ points left. I entered 3 sweepstakes using 3,500 points and it changed my total to 11,000 points. Last time I did the math this does not add up. Anyone else has an issue with points being miscalculated?
@terrypearson I reviewed your account and I also see that you redeemed 3,500 points to enter the sweeps. I'm not showing any instances where you've been overcharged on a points redemption. We suggest reviewing your transaction history for details: https://www.aarp.org/rewards/transaction/
@terrypearson What @shamit said is correct, you should see a red box with a drop down menu so that you can choose between "Earned Points", "Redemptions", "Points Expiration" etc.
Here are the direct links to take you to those options in your transaction history:
https://www.aarp.org/rewards/transaction/#view=earned
https://www.aarp.org/rewards/transaction/#view=redemptions
https://www.aarp.org/rewards/transaction/#view=expiration
When you click on "Transction History" you should see the activities you did and the points earned for them. If you click on the red box, there is an option for "Redemptions". There you can see the points you have used for each redemption. It also has other options like "Points Expiration" and "Purchases.". This is why you should be checking your transaction history. If it doesn't show this, you should definitely notify them, because it should be there.
