@kf456 Got it. I was able to add the remaining missing 450 points to your AARP Rewards points balance. Since your fitness tracker activity is not being recognized, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps for Fitbit devices:
Double-check that your device has Bluetooth on and open the Fitbit app.
If it still didn’t sync, restart your phone.
Go to Fitbit support pages for more help.
@AARPJanelleM I am new to this but did get my Fitbit synced and received points for a few days. I am missing the points for 5/24, 5/25 and 5/26. Two were 10000 step days, one a 500 step day. Would appreciate your help in getting the missing points. Not doing so many other activities these days but this is one I need to keep up. Thanks in advance.
@AARPJanelleM Now I am missing the 28th, 29th and 30th. I have no idea what is wrong. I received points on the 27th and 31st, all 10000 step days. I thought of unlinking and relinking, but if I sometimes get points, that doesn't seem to be the problem. I have followed all links on the site to look for info, but there doesn't seem to be any troubleshooting FAQs. Help!
