trouble with profile settings page for months now.

 for months I have been unable to access the "community profile" area of my account details.. i keep getting the following error.. "

An Unexpected Error has occurred
Your request failed. Please contact your system administrator and provide the date and time you received the error and this Exception ID: 5465BF46."
 

can I get some help with this?

the time was approx 10:20 EST tues Sept. 3rd and many times before, for several months.

@ChrisA718066  I'm sorry you're having so much trouble! Let's look into this. The site works best with Chrome browser. Log in to your online account at AARP first, then go to the top right of the Community page under My Profile, My Settings, Guidelines, Help, Forums. What device are you using? Jodee R.
