"Content Deactivated" and "Awaiting Review"
Why are so many innocuous comments flagged with "Content Deactivated" and "Awaiting Review"? And why does the review process often never happen? I've come back to comments that are weeks or months old, and they're still awaiting review.
I would insert a screenshot of a "Content Deactivated" example, but the Insert/Edit Image tool doesn't actually provide a way to insert an image. For example, there's no option for browsing my desktop to select the image.

Great question, @BalbonisMoleskine. For your protection, your community requires a moderator to approve all uploaded images in some comments before they can be displayed. Although you can see your uploaded images that are awaiting approval or flagged for review, other community members who view your images can only see the ones that have been approved. These are innocuous comments. What community guideline is being violated? And why didn't another commenter here ever get a response? There appears to be something wrong with the "AI" that is flagging innocuous comments as violating guidelines.

From https://www.aarp.org/entertainment/television/info-2024/hallmark-christmas-movies-2024.html. What does your AI consider the violation in each of these?

@TimInKC, looks like that comment was deactivated for not complying with our community's guidelines, which can be found here: https://community.aarp.org/t5/custom/page/page-id/Guidelines?cmp=SNO-LITHIUM---&socialid=14634819332 - Diana G.

I emailed the address you provided, with several follow-ups, but I never received a response.
I turned on read receipts in Outlook, and I can see that every message was deleted without being read. Here's an example:

Why tell members to email your team if they're not going to respond?

Here's another example from today from https://www.aarp.org/health/healthy-living/info-2020/lose-belly-fat-after-fifty/
And still no response to multiple emails to community@aarp.org.
