new user - unable to "Complete Membership Setup"

I'm brand new here. Just signed up yesterday.

On the "My Account" page, I'm told that to "get more from your membership" I need to "complete membership setup" ... I click to get started and I'm asked a few questions and then click "Next" to get to the next page in the process.

I've tried this *several* times, and it will eventually just stop responding. I hit "next" and it sits on a blank page. I've tried different browsers and different devices.

I can't get through the wizard. How I finish setting up the membership?

While you can start enjoying your benefits as soon as you join, the online membership set up is to choose your preferences such as the information you'd like to receive from us, enroll in AARP Rewards, learn about the AARP Now app. Is the wizard going blank after a specific step? Hi, sorry this has happened. That would put a bad taste in my mouth for sure.   A moderator will see your post, and you should get some help shortly.  They tend to respond pretty quickly.  Monday should give you resolution.  Shouldnโ€™t have to jump through hoops and dead ends, I feel you.  Hang tight, theyโ€™ll see ya.  ๐Ÿ˜€ Glad youโ€™re here!
