Trivia and Promo Codes Not Recognized

 This week, I have tried unsuccessfully to enter the trivia code 100 pts. and the promo code 50 pts. from the emails I received. I have made possibly 4 attempts for each and they are continually deemed "not recognized".
Your correction of this error will be greatly appreciated. I have tried on both Edge and Chrome.

Try using the app and see if same result.  I’ve noticed a few differences good and bad in using app versus web based on some things at different times.

I use Chrome.

Sadly, it's happening again. Enterered the latest code today and again code is not being recognized.

@LadyOfTheHouse , you do know IF you have MAXED OUT or IF the points from a CODE will take you over your max for that day = you have to wait for the NEXT day.

Anyway, I DONOT have anymore codes until Tuesday when the NEXT Rewards Newsletter arrives via email.
