Good morning, I am Arnold Turner and I recently joined. My account number is 3545301891. I see on my account information that you have my address as Merida, Sinaloa, Mexico. However it is Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. I tried to straighten this out with the chatbot but it does not seem to recognize my issue nor request.
