Why is Help not really Help ? And resetting Password makes you do it multiple times and tells you

Why is Help not really Help ? And resetting Password makes you do it multiple times and tells you

I asked to reset my Password and I did; however when I go to use it it tells me I'm already registered and have to reset my password ? So then i reset my password a 2nd time or a 3rd time. Finally I get in after resetting my password multiple times ! So I think there is something wrong with your website as it leads users around in a circle multiple times ? !

You are correct - help is awful. I purchased two gift cards last week and have not received them Have called twice and have now been told it will take ten days for response. Meanwhile charges are no longer pending on my charge account but have actually posted.
