I asked to reset my Password and I did; however when I go to use it it tells me I'm already registered and have to reset my password ? So then i reset my password a 2nd time or a 3rd time. Finally I get in after resetting my password multiple times ! So I think there is something wrong with your website as it leads users around in a circle multiple times ? !
You are correct - help is awful. I purchased two gift cards last week and have not received them Have called twice and have now been told it will take ten days for response. Meanwhile charges are no longer pending on my charge account but have actually posted.
This place and Korgers are worst when it comes to maintaining their websites. For the last week every time I posted something it would ask me to sign in, and it ask me to type in the moving letters. They didn't supply the moving letters, I sure wasn't going to waste my time calling so I said to heck with them. Tonight they gave me the letters. I do a crossword and half the time it gives me the points and of course the other half was played for nothing. Like Gump said about them cholates, you never know what your going to get when you come to this site.
I understand why you would be frustrated, papawofboo. If you're running into an issue where you're not receiving your rewards points there are a few things you can check. Check out this help article https://aarp.info/2TdQSxo for some basic troubleshooting steps. We'd be happy to check your rewards account for you. Please send us a private message with your name and email, so we may locate your account to check it. Visit https://aarp.info/47hWcl7 for directions on how to enable private messages. - Brandon C.
