What a sad website

Any glitch in my connection, and I lose points, and the stupidest bot on the internet stops responding, kicking me out. I love the games! I love getting rewards (I wish it was more often). I expect to get my reward points, especially when your site recognizes that I completed the game AND won't let me play it again for points. I don't like spending my time playing for rewards and then not getting them. You keep taking the site offline to "fix" something, but you never seem to get it fixed. Please, please, please hire another IT department or a website builder, or something. Thanks for hearing my rant!

and I cannot redeem my points - I want to enter the drawing for Amazon and/or Walmart gift cards, and when I click the "Confirm" button, I get the error "Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track."

 

 I even changed fro Chrome browser to Firefox with no extensions, etc. - still the same issue - the website is *very* glitchy, such a sad thing to do to AARP members who could be less tech savvy. 

 

 The *MOST* important characteristic of this website should be reliability. It should just work, and yet I hit glitches on EVERY visit.
