AARP Eye Center
Not sure that I am sending this to the right place. If not, please forward.
We have had an Orlando area timeshare for over 30 years now. We are now in our mid-seventies and no longer do a lot of traveling and no longer need or want it.
In your AARP magazine there is usually a full page ad for Wesley Financial Group advertising timeshare cancellations. My question is this. Is Wesley a company that AARP has investigated, vetted and recommend or just simply another advertiser who pays to be in your magazine?
Thanks.
@choldren Hello! I do not see that Wesley Financial Group is a provider of AARP Member Benefits. I did, however, find some information that you may find helpful in exiting a timeshare. Here are a couple links to some articles to help you with strategies to exit a timeshare and tips in avoiding scams. - https://www.aarp.org/money/credit-loans-debt/info-2020/3-ways-to-get-out-of-a-timeshare.html?cmp=SNO... - https://www.aarp.org/money/scams-fraud/info-2023/timeshare-exit.html?cmp=SNO-LITHIUM---&socialid=149... - Christy C.
