United Healthcare LIED - and is denying me benefits

I phoned United Healthcare last year during the open enrollment period.  I asked them what would happen if I took no action because I wanted to keep my same coverage with them.  They told me that if I did nothing, I would continue with the same plan.  WELL LAST YEAR my plan included DENTAL benefits.  This year it does NOT.
