Unable to redeem points

Every time I try to redeem points - or use them for a sweepstakes, I get this message;

"Unable to process your redemption request"

 

I was told to empty my cache, which I did, but it didn't fix the problem. It's been going on for a few months now.

    I feel your pain! I always get this message "Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track." I have also tried to contact AARP about this. As of today I am still having the same issues. Today I was faced with a different issue. I brought a 25% off Ground Pat'i printable coupon to the location printed on the coupon and was denied usage. The waitress told me I could not use this  coupon so I asked to speak to the manager who told me they donot accept any coupons. So yes I feel your pain

 I tried to activate private messages and I got "Access Denied - You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

Click your browser's Back button to continue."

I am a member and my membership profile says it is good until 2027.

Hello. Hoping you can help me out. I can't redeem my points for any of the rewards. It gives me a message that it unable to process the request. I also can't purchase any of the gift cards. Alos tells me that there is a problem with the transaction. Been happening for many months. I reported it on 10/ 23 /25 by calling it in and on the chat line. I was told to allow 10 business days for someone to get back to me. Its been almost a month now and no one has responded.  I have called again to follow up and all they say iis that is was escalated to a specialist and now they can't tell me when someone will contact me. I really needed to make some gift card purchases and use my points before they expire but am unable and I can't get anyone to respond back on what needs to be done to resolve it. Thanks.

I feel your pain. I am on day 54 of the same problem. After being told that the problem would be resolved the next day (10/10 - it wasn't) I have been told that my issue was escalated on three occasions. No resolution. No communication. No explanation as to what the issue is. No estimate as to when it will get resolved. I hope your luck is better than mine.
