Unable to redeem points

Every time I try to redeem points - or use them for a sweepstakes, I get this message;

"Unable to process your redemption request"

 

I was told to empty my cache, which I did, but it didn't fix the problem. It's been going on for a few months now.

    I feel your pain! I always get this message "Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track." I have also tried to contact AARP about this. As of today I am still having the same issues. Today I was faced with a different issue. I brought a 25% off Ground Pat'i printable coupon to the location printed on the coupon and was denied usage. The waitress told me I could not use this  coupon so I asked to speak to the manager who told me they donot accept any coupons. So yes I feel your pain

 I tried to activate private messages and I got "Access Denied - You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

Click your browser's Back button to continue."

I am a member and my membership profile says it is good until 2027.
