Power bank doesn't work

It appears that the charging port was not populated. When you plug in the charging cord it does not appear to do anything and when you look at the receptacle it is only a plastic hole with no electrical contacts. Of course the charging light does not come on.

Hi @LindaL399128   Do a search on this in the discussion boards here.  This has come up alot

Type power bank in the search box to the right on your screen.  Not the top one, but the one directly to the right of the screen.  I’ve attached a screenshot
