AARP Hearing Center
Since 4/3 I have played over 3,000 points playing AARP member games but never get awarded any points for playing. A pop up appears telling me "there is technical trouble, try again later." Of course I never get this notice until I have completed the game. I am wondering if this is a common problem and wondering what, if anything, can be done to correct this.

I understand you're not getting points for playing Sudoku. Sometimes points may not be awarded for a few reasons, like maxed out daily points, or activity not complete.
