Pension "Questioned" by Debt Limit is Unconstitutional

I am a military/federal pensioner and SSA recipient. I'm certain that I am not the only one who is also an AARP Member.  Is it possible for AARP affiliated attorneys to consider assisting in, or offering the membership, a "class action" filing of a law suit if the unconstitutional "debt limit" debate fails and calls into question the timely payment of this debt owed to US citizens, in direct violation of Amendment XIV (Section 4) of the US Constitution?

If they cannot offer direct assistance, can they recommend where such legal aid be found or how to initiate this process? (I am a resident of Central New York).
